the following information that governs your use of and purchase of products
from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement
to follow and be bound by those terms (the "Agreement").
Please note that we reserve the right to change the terms that govern your use of the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed.
Due to unpredictable circumstance, we may from time to time change the terms that govern your use of our Site. We reserve the right to change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our Site from time to time without prior notice.
The information on our Site, and the Site as a whole, is intended solely for personal, noncommercial (other than for the purchase of merchandise from our site) use by the users of our Site. You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the Site, or any related software.
USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, POSTCARDS AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
All comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to CADET on or by this Site or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with your use of this Site (collectively, "Comments") shall be and remain CADET property.

The personal information collected by CADET during your online shopping experience and when you register with us is used only to inform you of new products, sales or events.
The credit card information, including full name, billing address and shipping address as well as your email address are used only for the purposes of fulfilling your order and remain confidential with the use of Paypal.
Once you create an account with www.cadetusa.com, you are automatically included in our updates, newsletters, and correspondences.
After you place an order at www.cadetusa.com, we use this information to process your order. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number in it. On some occasions, we may contact you via email or regular mail if we have questions regarding your order.
As with your privacy, protecting your credit card information is important to us. We use PayPal to protect the security of your online order information. To check the security of your connection, look at the lower right-hand corner of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active and the server is secure. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the Site address will change from "http" to "https." Some versions of browsers and some firewalls don't permit communication through secure servers. In that case, you won't be able to connect to the server and therefore won't be able to place an order through a secure connection.
At this time, we only accept PayPal transactions. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay using your credit card without signing up for PayPal.
All orders are shipped via UPS for domestic orders on business days (Monday to
Friday). Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping rates are
flat, regardless of the size of your purchase.
International customers: CADET is not responsible for the payment of customs, taxes & duties in your country.
Orders received before 1PM EST on business will begin processing that same day. Orders received after 1PM EST on business days will begin processing on the following business day. Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of processing.
We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email that will include your tracking number.
RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your CADET online purchase, you can
send it back to us for an exchange or a refund.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date and should be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs.
Merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact. Original packaging must be intact in sellable condition. Packing slips must accompany all returned merchandise.
We recommend that you send the package back to us via traceable carrier and that to insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. CADET is not responsible for missing packages.
Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed. CADET will be unable to process your exchange without having received the returned items. In the event that merchandise is out of stock and we cannot process an exchange, you will be reimbursed. We will refund the credit card you use for the original purchase for the purchase price of the merchandise, excluding shipping cost. Note: Shipping costs will only be refunded in the event that the return is a result of our error or in the case of damaged merchandise. You must include receipt for (ground only) shipping with return or you will not be refunded. If merchandise is damaged on the way, please contact us by phone or email before sending merchandise back to us.
CADET reserves the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

CUSTOM ORDERS AND INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged at this time.
International exchanges will incur and additional shipping charge.
If you purchase an item at any of our store locations our store polices apply. We accept exchanges or returns for store credit with receipt within 7 days of purchase.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
We will be happy to refund you the difference if your full price purchased item
is marked down within 7 days.
This does not apply to a sale item that is marked down further. Does not apply to store purchase.
